Saloni Razdan

Founder & BCBA

Saloni has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University and began working with children with special needs in 2003. She trained at Ummeed Child Development Center, Mumbai, Hope Center, Detroit, Michigan, and Chicago Education Project, Illinois. She obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate in 2009 and honed her skills in using Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior at the Carbone Clinic, NY under direct guidance from Dr. Vincent Carbone. She has worked in homes, clinics and schools, and designed several staff and parent training programs. After 15 years in the US, she returned to Mumbai in 2022 to provide behavior analytic services to children with Autism, and aims to build a community of professionals and parents interested in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

She lives with her husband, two daughters, and a Labradoodle, and enjoys music, traveling and dark chocolate.

Siona D’Souza

ABA Therapist (MSc, ABAT)

Siona has a Master's in Clinical and Child Psychology from IIPR, Bangalore, and over 3 years of ABA experience with children with Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Siona joined The Autism Clinic in July 2023. At the clinic, Siona helps learners become independent, as her strength lies in formulating naturalistic teaching plans for the learners she works with, to ensure their skills are functional in the real world. She also researches mental health, neurodevelopmental disorders, cognitive neuroscience, and contributes to the community through her writing and outreach. Siona acquired her ABAT certification in July 2024 and is currently working towards her Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification. In March 2025, Siona presented a case study on increasing vocalizations at the Verbal Behavior conference, Austin. Her next goal is to publish a paper on evidence-based teaching practices used at The Autism Clinic.

Outside work, she enjoys reading, dancing, trekking, photography, and outdoor adventures.

Nivedita Dalvi

ABA Therapist (MA, ABAT)

Nivedita (Nivi) holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Dr. D.Y. Patil College, Pune. Her passion for supporting children with special needs began during her college days, where she actively worked with NGOs to make a positive impact. She is also certified in Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). Her hands-on experience extends to schools, where she has supported children with special needs in inclusive settings.

Nivi joined The Autism Clinic in July 2024. At the clinic, Nivi blends creative play with personalized strategies tailored to each learner’s needs. She thoughtfully designs unique, child-specific art projects that seamlessly integrate teaching opportunities, making learning both natural and enjoyable. Nivi began 2025 with a bang and completed her ABAT certification, demonstrating her expertise and passion for the field of behavior analysis. Nivi passed her Applied Behavior Analyst- Technician (ABAT) exam in January 2025, and is currently enrolled in the Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification program.

Outside of work, Nivi is a trained kathak dancer. She enjoys cooking, shopping, and rewatching Friends on repeat.

Prisha Gala

ABA Therapist (M.Sc Developmental Disorders)

Prisha holds a Masters in Science in Developmental Disorders from the University of Nottingham. Driven by her passion for empowering children to foster independence and growth, she has worked with children and adolescents with developmental conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and sensorimotor impairments.

Prisha joined At The Autism Clinic in October 2024. She is building her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by gaining hands-on experience and implementing individualized teaching plans that support children in developing their communication, social, and adaptive skills. She is also currently preparing for her ABAT certification exam to deepen her knowledge and enhance her effectiveness in delivering behavioral interventions.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, music, and exploring new restaurants.

Harshita Gogoi

ABA Therapist (M.Sc Clinical Psychology)

Harshita holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. Her early work in a hospital psychiatric department, along with supporting children with visual and hearing impairments, has shaped her inclusive and adaptable style.

Harshita joined The Autism Clinic in January 2025 and has a natural knack for connecting with children through laughter and creative play—all while keeping her teaching goals firmly in sight. Quick to apply research-based practices into her sessions has helped strengthen her expertise in ABA. As a testament to her commitment the field, she is enrolled in the Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) program and is accruing her practicum hours as she builds her expertise in the field.

At the clinic, Harshita is known for her joyful stories and infectious laughter. Outside the clinic, she is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, loves exploring new cuisines, and seeking out new adventures.

Akshita Pancholi

ABA Therapist (M.Sc Clinical Psychology)

Akshita holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from NMIMS, Mumbai. She has experience supporting children with autism as well as individuals across different age groups, which has helped her develop an empathetic and adaptable approach.

Akshita joined The Autism Clinic in July 2025. Guided by each child’s motivation, Akshita makes learning both engaging and joyful. She is especially interested in animal-assisted therapy and in exploring the deeper “why” behind behavior, using those insights to support growth through gentle, effective change.

Outside of work, Akshita enjoys singing, playing the guitar and ukulele, painting, and befriending local furry friends.
